Here's the problem that's occuring:

All video play is resulting in "Error Loading Media: File could not be played" after a few minutes of play or with the other players (Jplayer, Flow Player) it will play for a few minutes and freeze or automatically restart the video clip and pause.

If I move the slider to the right it'll pre-load a few minutes of the mp4 video file, play those few minutes and crash again continuously. Also, the video file isn't continuously pre-loading while the video is playing actively.

All of the above is occurring in Google Chrome/ Windows 8/ JwPlayer and also using IE9.

Error is occurring in Flowplayer, JwPlayer and Jplayer (haven't tested Chameleon or Easy Video Player, but I imagine they crash too)

When the same type of crash occurs on an iPad, it simply just freezes the last frame, prior to the crash and waits for the user to move the slider to re-load from a new point.

I have noticed that it DOES NOT crash using a Mobile device with Android default internet browser and Google Chrome Mobile; smooth play for both with NO issues. JwPlayer 6 being used for Mobile play.

All video files are MP4 format.

Thanks!

Error Code Generated for the above mentioned issue:

I tested using FireFox and it works perfectly fine, as FireFox seems to pre-load the mp4, while the user is viewing the video.  Chrome and IE stall and don't perform this task (of pre-loading file).

It looks like the failure to pre-load the mp4 while the file is in play IS the problem w/Chrome and IE

Any suggestion?

Thanks!

Do you use the hide path? Try without it (disable in settings) since it seems your memory is not enough to read and server the file via php.

At least this is my first clue when reading:

(12)Cannot allocate memory: couldn't create child process
