Not yet, will digg into it once I finish my current work queue, we are behind on themes and plugins and working hard.

its can be as exlusive primum plugin with features - or as update.
but support in m3u8 must to be in phpvibe as a exlusive streaming video website.

cant wait for the phpvibe 4 stable version, the new theme, plugins and more from u guys.

I use Jwplayer pro --> in IOS play OK but Android not play (sad with jwplayer pro)
