which cache module I need to install or what should I do to make the videos more blocks,

because the videos are sometimes slow, or not happening quickly

Usually this happens cause of the related videos.

You could also try something like PHP Metameric Cache

okay mario,
I install mencached on Whm/Cpanel (http://www.memcached.org/), how can I Interacting with phpvibe to see if it will be faster and it is not compatible?

The only cache system in PHPVibe is the file cache for the sql queries, nothing else.
I haven't used that, but I see they have documentation http://php.net/manual/en/memcached.installation.php
