Dear support,

i have some problem which i couldn't fine where the problem is, i'm asking if this has happened with someone or support might know it.

1. I am tying to show jplayer ads but its not working while i have selected jplayer as default
2. Many of my  videos are showing " This video Is currently Being Processed" . its showing for 24 hours.

Please let me know what should i do to solve it

Hi,

1. Is jplayer showing up (jplayer only works on local mp4 files, not youtube or other)? Did you clear cache from admin?
2. If you did all the configurations right http://www.phpvibe.com/uploading-not-working-on-phpvibe-missing-video-ffmpeg-debug/
and some video convert, some don't. Upload a video and monitor it through your panel's monitor, the server may be to small for ffmpeg conversion, ffmpeg is an very heavy software.
It also depends on the reconverting size set under the ffmpeg setting in admin.
For example for an HD/Full HD size on an 8 gb of ram and quad core 3.5 processor reconverting to full hd an file bigger than 300 mb takes at least 30-40 minutes.
