Im missing the check boxes.
The cursor changes, It seems I can click, but its not there or workimg.
Used latest chrome and latest firefox, windows 8.1
All JS and CSS load correctly.
How do I get my Options back?

I downloaded those png files, placed them where it said, and nothing. I still have all the checkbox and radio buttons missing.

Hi, these are not the same jquery plugin as the front-end.
Not sure, works fine for me, make sure all your moderator files are uploaded (images included).

Although removing the class fixed the problem, I did upload all the moderator files several times, checked permissions and if they were binary or ascii... Nothing worked. But removing the class did it.

I think, it's cloudflare problem.
@jcgorospe are you using Cloudflare?

Nope. Plain $9 month Hostgator account.
Its a very small and dedicated video site, so there is no need for more. Even PhPVibe is a bit overkill... But it should work all the same.
Anyway, no, no cloud flare.

Just right click on the page in admin, see inspect -> console, post the errors, so I can figure out what's going on.

Oh, I apreciate your help, but my last answer was just as a follow up. The problem was fixed taking away the class.
