Is there a multilanguage plugin that works like in wordpress? Where the users chose the language and shows him the content in that language including video name and description not only the menu or the basic things?

Hi, for now no, video websites have usually a lot of content and you can't make such features without affecting the performance.
Maybe a Google translate button would be a better choice?

I think this is a better sollution than having two sites.... Now rly it,s only text in database...

Yes, but you need to have an table prefixed for every language, it's not as simple as it sounds, all queries need to be changed to query by that language, and the database modified to keep the language id, for example I don't see how to do this easily for now and now break my site, will think about it.
