Hi, we need to upload video in MAIN SITE and then automatically "repush" to one or more phpvibe. Do you have some advice? someone else has already done?

Hi, usually this will get you banned in Google or low positioning in SERPs due to duplicated content.

we have to "repush" only main data... link url.. thumb.. and then rewrite title and description in many languages

The databases are on the same server? You can simply make a cron that pushes the insert and the media files.
You can also convert local videos to remote videos on the other video websites and not have to copy media over.
