Can someone please check to be sure my license is working correctly? My managed server guys are trying to install but say the key is not valid. Is this the only place I can contact someone? On these forums? Thanks.

The account support is on the mail, here is the coding support.
But let me try to help:

1. Did you create a license key under "My License" (store.phprevolution.com) and have added it to vibe_config.php ? http://www.phprevolution.com/installing-phpvibe/

2. If so, did you add the main domain to the license key? Like domain.com NOT www.domain.com http://... , server.domain.com, etc, you got the point.

3. If all the above are done. Do you have cUrl enabled? I assume you run the tester http://www.phprevolution.com/requirements/ ?

I did make the license by using the right-side tab that says Licenses. I have 5/6 left now. It says active. I will fwd the rest of this information to the people working on installing this script and get back to you here with what happened. So email support is the support tab > contact us? But when I went there, it said no support questions wanted and to go to the forum. I just thought what if I needed to send something more private, like what my license key was.

I've already checked your account, edited the license key (removed uppercase) , but that didn't do it, I've checked the setup on your site.
On our side, all is fine, the license key validates fine.
So the question remaining is if curl is enabled, cause if it's not, not only the licensing will fail (also youtube importer and all website's video details).

OK, it got installed. It works now. I have yet to install the youtube plugin but will work on that next. Just a note; when I went to change my password, it came back with a not found message. I worked on it a bit and discovered the system would not except characters like $%^. I hope you will allow this in the future and also maybe add a note for people to understand that they cannot use these for now. Thanks.
