As I know it's a bit hard to embed with that iframe, but if you can make it...it's a pretty cute and decent player.

It is good idea and look good. Plus see that hidden path to the media file.
If you allow the developer to do what he wants, then it's super ok.

I think on all the answer is no. Maybe we can improve it in time.
It's very basic.

Not sure, it sais html5 with flash fallback. I'm sure Mario is testing it.

This player looks good! BUT not everyone is after the same purpose with the site. I am personally not after importing thousands of YouTube videos and placing ads, I'm after the full fledged business.

I think Jwplayer is good but very very complicated if you ask me. The features in Jwplayer are very good, possibly better than the YouTube player.

If you are looking to go ahead with a full on video sharing site and advertise unique videos then we need Jwplayer because its supports in video features like ads before the video play, captions, subtitles, user feeds, in video links etc

If this one supports it then im game

Yes, Mario will integrate this as well, but the plugins for ads are pretty hard to understand for now, we want to fully add it (with all the extra features).

Great does it come more patches or only one wich include all bugfixes and new features ?
And is there a release date ?

We have bad experiences with release dates, we prefer to stfu about dates and do it, it's our new slogan

I like it nice looking player, but as others have said ads are must have option in the player. and something to add to that subscription based membership, one option could be ad free viewing. Just an idea

No, it's not out. If it was out it would have been announced, the tutorial would have showed up, newsletter, etc.
