[ Video Sharing CMS v4 ] No panel for member and authors.

I change the theme to ultimateTube V2 theme and when some user register after login user redirected to /me area but show empty. and panel for users and authors even logout option not available there.

Mario but after login in user redirect to his/her profile page logout options not come why ?

But I didn't change any thing. It done after changing the theme. How to show this ?

Reupload the theme's folder...something is missing/wrong

@Mario I uploaded the theme again and clear cache but have same issue.
