[ Video Sharing CMS v4 ] How can I get a refund for this? It's not working.

I have already posted the error that I am getting - and support for this script, while it has a great and friendly community, unfortunately I am a noob and can't work with it.

Support takes days to respond and when they do - they point me to google and I can't understand half of the stuff that's going on.

Is there a way I can get a refund? I am sitting here scratching my head spent hours and hours trying to fix my problem and it's not worth it for me anymore to try to troubleshoot this.

Hey, sometimes it takes time because we are at GMT + 2 and time zone differences can be annoying, plus support in weekends it's rare, but on week days we respond really fast, just sometimes we need to investigate to before giving an answer, there are are many issues that happen only to one of 3000 clients, and we are not familiar with it, so yes, we google to, a lot!

If it's a coding issue we can help you, if it's a server issues, we can just point you to the solutions existing (we can't touch your server, that's the hosting company's job), this is why I've given you the Google link, to know what to report to your hosting or to fix it yourself (I can't know if you are new or pro to hosting).

No worries, I have fixed the issue.

I am also happy to give access to phpVibe support people if it means they can fix it quicker.
