Paged do not show up in the main menu links even if I explicity select the option. I can see them on the right when I open the "Articles" link.
In the admin all menu are disabled apart from "Show sharing menu" under "Menu and Links".

Also I always see the "Articles" link even if I have no articles   

I'm not sure this is a feature or a bug but it would be nice to show the Pages link the main Menu Links.

Hi, indeed they are not there. The articles link shows because the sidebar has pages links. Some stupid choice if you ask me.
