Hi guys

every time I write a page and save it, it ends up with extra returns and on bulleted lists they and up having loads of spaces between each bulletin point, it does the same when saved when I write it in source as well.

Is they a fix for this as it is currently broken and looks ugly

Hi,

Looking at your source I think the editor's auto formatting is the problem.
You can use the "source" on the editor to edit directly the page.

using the source it still inserts <p></p> in between the paragraph tabs that I manually insert, it does it automatically when it saves..

I'll look for some tips on the plugin's docs when I have a bit of free time , if you want to do it yourself, here you go http://www.tinymce.com/wiki.php it's MCE, same as Wordpress (but they have a custom version).
