You musn't pay every time once a video is purchased the user/client can watch it again or you can delete it from his purchases and then he would need to purchase again by the way you can add credits to the user at anytime.

you say "You musn't pay every time once a video is purchased the user/client can watch it again" its possibile to do this not for specific videos but for categorypx. arrow season 1 10$ to watch anytime this season ( i use website with tv serials)

You can do enable this pay2watch option for both and you can exclude videos from pay2watch and also disable pay2watch.
