I am considering more and more to offer PHPVibe hosting.
It's just so much work to do on the support due to stupid server's config, that I am considering opening one of my servers to PHPVibe clients.


What you guys say?
Any suggestions for packages?

I will be the first one to buy it as a whole package.. phpvibe + hosting with a resonable price would be awesome.. how abt 100 a year? I know my stupid questions gave ypu this idea.. lol

Oh, no, I don't jump usually fast, it was a long process of disappointing answers from hosting companies.
You tell them "this is wrong, change it" and they tell you "oh, no, no, we know this is good" ... sometimes I just wanna shoot people from a chat window.

If you can develop such an app I'd pay you 1000$ I'd use a VPN to hide my identity and off we go

Back to the hosting question, why not offer such a solution? You won't loose money as you can scale your "server park" based on placed orders. So very little risk for you and you still might be able to make a few bucks out of it. I'd say go for it.

The idea is good and if you need a server administrator, I'm here.
It would have to ask customers if they want quantity or quality. Generally the client wants large amount to very little money.
I recommend you start with only non ffmpeg offers.
Who wants host with ffmpeg support must buy their own  vps or server. A site that host files on the server will consume 100 times more resources than a normal one.

Oh, I don't want to make an huge hosting offer, just for isolated cases.

I am hosting my website with Godaddy.com and because of mod_security issues which mario himself saw at my website I am unable to launch my video site.
