Oh, is there no SEO field for videos? if possible please add it. Like "Seo plugin" in wordpress where you can add specific fields for seo.

seems fine for me, but if you will add it as a plugin and took a while to make it, the results might be troublesome if you have many videos added already. what do you think?

I'm kinda thinking to finish the beta already, as I didn't work last 2 days, had a client from outside the country and we had some business to discuss.


Once this is done, I can think of other stuff and prioritize

Beta is just for testing, you install it separately (if you wish) and play with it, report what's wrong with it (if any) and we speed-fix it until the release. No point to upgrade to beta. Usually stays in beta 2-4 days only, as we have our own production sites and we can test it ourselves under heavy traffic.

Mario I was always currious about the video duration thing. How come this feature is there and is there anyway that the script can pick up the video duration?

if you want it to automatically fill in the video duration you would need to resample it once uploaded. that is usually done with ffmpeg.

I think that will be also included with phpvibe as a plugin maybe.

Meta-data extraction (like duration, thumbs) can only be done via ffmpeg, for now I don't have a ffmpeg server and cannot add it, will buy an hosting account with ffmpeg to build a plugin after release, any suggestions?

alot of things are going to finish it will take the full month so far i am observing it ...Hope it will be nice and one more thing loading next button while scrolling down should be little small.. will look more profesinal and cool...

When we will be able to upgrade our live installed version to the new one.

I hope that with upgrading procedure we will not lose our data/videos/...etc.

What about multilingual keys. Normally we must have all keys/words used by the script into one file (for example eng.php or eng.xml) and we have only to translate it (Same procedure applied world wide).

With the previous version, I was obliged to check all keys/words in order to translate it (it was a very hard work).

the videos can't play on facebook only if you host by yourself the videos!
