We've renamed 3.4 stable to 3.5 as it already started causing confusion, apparently to few know what beta/stable is all about.

what is Difference between PHPVibe Pro and PHPVibe Lite ?
are they both v3.5

No, PHPVibe light will only have manual embeds by admins (youtube embed, vimeo embed, etc) no importers, no upload, etc...
It will be free quality :)
