Hello,

A weird happening on one of my web-sites When ever I try to open the web-site I am welcomed with a download popup window which asks to save a file called download.

I downloaded the file and saw it is the index.php file. I have 2 other phpvibe sites working fine on the same server.

MyPhpVibe version is: 3.4 on CentoOS 6.5 x64, PHP 5.4.26

check your root .htaccess, you may have mixed with a protection one from media or uploads.
