PHPVibe will no longer be maintained, copyrighted and supported by MediaVibe.
I will be building a new company shortly to handle this project, with fresh and old collaborators on board.
In short: Media Vibe Solutions S.R.L. is closing down, PHPVibe will not be affected, and will continue as you know it since so many years.

The story:Two years ago I've built Media Vibe Solutions with an external investment to handle PHPVibe, thank God I've never passed the rights for  this project to MediaVibe.

Two weeks ago I had been served with some papers from the closing of this company by my associate and investor (the funny thing is even if I did not sign the papers the company is already in 'closing' status at the authorities).

I appreciate he gave us the injection of capital we needed when this project was low on all, but once you've pull almost xxxk as your personal profit I think that debt is over-paid.

Recently (last 2 months) PHPVibe's amazing sale flow has been...gone, and I've had to put some from my wallet since my associate also drooped a deal in Dubai and we had to pay some drop-out fees (don't ask!) to get some project in France (which he lost even if he was sure is a done deal).

My associate decided is time to pull the plug before he will loose any of his precious (in here made) money.

So, this puts me a bit back into my plan of development.

I need to find some new team and a new place to work in, also a new company to hold this project.
One company which will no longer have any investor, except me, and work strictly under my authority.

I always tough that some people cannot handle the rain after the sun, but I've never seen him as one of this people.
I was born for it, so PHPVibe is safe, and will be stronger than ever!

PS: I'm letting you guys know all this 'internal stuff' because I believe I owe you and explanation for my repeated missing in action. since you guys are the main supporters of this project, and I thank you for this!

Is the best way, some people will keep asking why MediaVibe will not reply to them, and confusion will exist.
But I'm working as fast as I can to hire a new team and move support away from MediaVibe.
Funny thing I've forgot about: I own MediaVibe.ro (domain never got transferred to the company because they didn't sent the papers in timeframe  ;D  )
