i want to ask how easy or not easy will be to transfer my phpvibe website from cpanel/WHM to parallels plesk any user have a knowledge on that?
i find plesk more clean and read that plesk works better on high loads and have more easy panel
if anyone knows something or have some experience in that it will be much helpful since i am ready to move my websites to another host

cpanel is the best and easy.
Plesk is not for normal user.
Transferring is easy for a person who worked with him. But for a beginner is hard enough.
I worked with both and I can say that cpanel is much better and friendly.

i am a fan of cpanel for many years but i read some articles about it and they say that plesk need less ram and cpu in high traffic i do not know if that is right thats why i ask

If you're a normal user, then I recommend cpanel.
Install and configure a Plesk server is more expensive than the cpanel.
You choose.
