Hello everybody and PHPVibe Admin(s),

I have a question about PHPVibe Tester. I downloaded from phpvibe the "tester" files and uploaded the files "tester" on my host.

I see some "errors"



But i dont know if this works on my host?!

Before i buy PHPVibe can somebody give me more information? Does this works for me?

Hi, it seems not.
Not sure why it cannot connect to our host server (labs.phpvibe.com).
Ioncube is missing.
FFMPEG seems to be missing (is options, but without it you cannot convert videos to mp4, extract thumbnails and duration from uploaded videos)

Hi, sorry for the late reply, this are things you need to clear with the hoster, checking the link will only provide me the same information you did before with the printscreen.
We also offer up to 3 months of free hosting if you are interested.

We have the same issue with out install.
We bought the script and set it up on a VPS today. Before I ordered it I sent all the requirments to the hosting provider (Reg123) and they said the VPS would be suitable.

Everything's working (can setup new users/ upload vids) but we cant connect to the admin page and we get  Ioncube is missing message - Can we FTP the Ioncube Loader ourselves to the VPS or do we need to contact Reg123 to sort it out? If we have to wait until Monday and they cannot sort it out we may need to request the 3month free hosting you offer - How does this work?

Thanks in advance, really excited about setting up our site using your CMS!

What is your VPS panel? If is Cpanel you can just add the module via WHM http://www.phpvibe.com/choosing-a-server-for-phpvibe/

We havent got CPanel yet with our VPS panel - I have sent Reg 123 an email to see if we can get it added. In the meantime if it possible to do it via FTP? Thanks Darren

Thanks we have got it working now

Wondered if you could help me with another question - I would like to be able to put the same video in two different channels or the same subchannel in two different channels - Is this possible?

Also how do you remove video and music channels as they are not required?

Hi,

I can't help you with multi-channel, not an easy thing to re-code, but we will be trying something in upcoming 4.0.

For required, you need to tell me what page, usually removing "required" from the input's class name is enough.
