i have added around 70 videos to a playlist but only few are showing(around 20-30) when i click on play all button.....

Ok, I see 3 videos left out, right?
The playlist is limited to the related videos number in the settings in admin.

If you want to bypass this, do this, open tpl/main/layouts/list.php

find this

".this_offset(get_option('related-nr')));

and replace it with your actual max number, example:
