Question:

If someone is embedding my videos uploaded to my website, in other places on the internet (blogs, other CMS sites), will the Videos watched counter in my admin panel count watched videos that are externally embedded?

Will these external embedded videos also feature my pre and post roll ads?

Currently no.You'll need to add the view counter that can be found at : com/com_video.php at line from 76-98 to embed.php after it will count.
