I know when you remove this code

that script is not working.

Long time ago Marious told me that's how script checking license or something.

Can you please give me solution for this ? I know it's must be, and I want to do it whatever to protect my biz. Tell me how we can remove that and replace with something else.

That checker was not implemented.
I'm not aware if the idea was dropped or not.
You can remove it from tpl.globals.php
