You miss to think that the price variation started from 39 euro.

Put a 3600 euro / month / coder (salary + taxes) * 12 months
+
PayPal commissions (on receive and withdraw)
Servers
Advertising
Chargebacks
Rents
Bills (phone, net, tv, housekeeping, block administration)
Food (Office delivery)

My part? I still don't charge in from this project except when I don't have my custom projects and I need some cash  :)

There are 2 teams under my company:

1. MediaVibe (1 secretaries, 4 coders, 1 accountant, one manager, one general support officer and me)
2. PHPVibe (they where laid off, but will fill in positions)

PHPVibe moved from being the secondary plan to the primary one due to private web development contracts dropping.
We are still hired on a large contract till next year's beginning, then probably a merger will happen between this 2 teams and the focus will be on php products (ones with little to none server requirements and external dependencies).


Yes, we do not have an company website, no need to, we work by private recommendations and till now they have been plenty. To offer custom development in mass is something we do not want to ever do. We take one client on a contract which can feed the entire company, and that's it, so the prices go to k-s per month.

not more, but about 87% of the salary's number :)
So, a company pays 187% of a salary's value in total (not sure how to explain this)
87% to state taxes, 100% to the employ.


Besides that you pay 16% on all profit :)  and 24% VAT  :-X

Honestly, what I want personally is never having to answer a client again or work on a site or anything similar, just be the cop for our dev and support team(s)  C:-)  and the architect in the shadow that nobody heard about  ^-^
