It is very simple just upload a large thumbnail at least 485 pixle wide
best size is 600x 325px to get great results. try uploading custom thumnails with your video instead grabbing the thumbnail automatically

one more thing you will get big thumnail only on when you share it on a facebook page not profile. profile always shows small thumbnail though big image is shown in feeds on friends
