I looked and looked but was unable to find any documentation on insite ad locations. Some of the descriptions are rather straight forward while others are obscure, i.e. "sidebar start". Is there any getting started with ads article out there? Maybe the ad placement description with a photo of where that ad would appear? Most of my insite ads will be with adsense for the moment and I have to fetch a page for them to populate. Until then they are blank ads so it's a complete shot in the dark with ad locations like "after video player". Not sure what that means.
