I added video in my site just 1 minute ago and It's showing about 7 hours ago. What is the issue about it ?

Dates are incorrect.

Open vibe_setts.php in the root, at the top change the timezone to yours.

/** Timezone (set your own) **/
date_default_timezone_set('Europe/Bucharest');

I changed mine according to this post and cleared the cache but it is still showing newly uploaded content as posted "5 hours ago"
