You can use your ffmpeg version, but you need to change the ffmpeg command to something that works on an older one, however, I doubt the videos will fast start (for example).

yeah because of the domain i registered it and it hasnt been 2 months over yet

Where do you register domains? I register with name.com (one of the biggest) and I can change nameservers 1000 times a day if I want.

I advice you to never do that again, have one provider for domains (one of the Big 4), different (or one) providers for hosting.
