Hi folks,
I see in it the all options in tools section.
But In settings or anywhere else I do not see where to add my facebook page.

Can anyone direct me into the right direction?
Also lets not forget the user upload youtube link error? how do I enable it? You tube mass importer is working great.

Why do you regret buying a script which has no support included in the purchase since an year ago? What did you expect?

As for your questions :
1. The Fb count was removed because Fb deprecated it. You can code what you want in the cms, the option is in there, you can use it in the cms as you wish.
But I don't see it in the latest version? What version you use?

As for youtube link error, I've answered so many topics on this and yours has no detail so I can help you.

I just recently purchased the script (not a year ago but a week ago) and the version is 4.22
Sorry I searched for the answers and didn't see answers to the questions posted.

As far as what to expect when you buy a script, you expect what you would expect if you buy anything, support, possible troubleshooting etc. What do you expect if you buy a cheeseburger and only got bread and cheese?

Anyways, so im not a coder and can only do basics. so I wont be coding facebook into it. and youtube is the same as others which has vague answers. but no worries, as I may switch.

You get things wrong, and I will explain on your example:

You get the cheeseburger fully, if there is any issue we will fix it.
What we do not offer is cheeseburger customisation, if you call the fast food from home and ask them from where is the bread taken, how to put more mustard in it, they will slam the phone on you. Got me?

Our policies are very transparent and available (http://www.phpvibe.com/support-information/) in the main menus, everywhere, I don't think we can highlight them more. It even puts you to check "I agree to" when registering.
I'm not sure what else I can do, I can't come to everybody's house and explain them if they don't want to read and inform themselves.

This is a big issue for us, the fact that we are 1 year behind on features because we have many customers (most of them been here for years, still writing 10 times a day) and can barely have any time to code on this project. So, if we continue like this, we will close it in tops 2 months.
We don't want that, I guess our clients neither!

I know what you mean on the whole ordeal, And I have gotten the user youtube (link) embedding/uploading to work. Think it was because you mention for now don't use certain youtube links. so thanks
