Check this out, when I search for my domain, placevid.com on google, it showed the admin profile in search results and also showing sql error.

Please check and provide patch...

I've went to the page, but it has no error. Google extracts info from your page, it probably got saved when you had an missing table (did you?) and it did not get visited by GoogleBot and updated again, but you can check yourself the page source and see that it's no longer there.
