My question is why NO pre roll ads in "Share video by iframe/embed" Please help how to add PRE ROLL ADS in iframe/embed?

The pre-roll ads work on few players : jwplayer, jplayer,videojs, flowplayer (If I remember correctly), I've tested with jplayer not an embed iframe and it worked as expected.

Here is my Screen Shot: http://prntscr.com/aelpdt in the dashboard under the media manager we can select "Add embed code" after i paste a embed code check it its my site no pre-roll ads. If you say the pre-roll ads works in  jwplayer, jplayer,videojs, flowplayer here the screen shot in players configs: http://prntscr.com/aelr89. So my question is if the pre-roll ads can display in my added embed code?

@clipian there is no ads on embed codes, on embed codes the players are pulled from the other website, so not tough PHPVibe's/your players.
You should have started with explaining it's an pasted embed code.
