I try to upload a video but am requested to upload a thumbnail . I would like the system to auto generate a thumbnail during the upload of videos

Not a pro but I would think that it would be unnecessary server bandwidth on server....Just upload and use url or something like from tinypic or similar.

Hi you have this option from the administration panel you choose which second you want and it will extract thumbnail from this second.
If you need something else just ask

Hi, you need to have ffmpeg on the server and enable ffmpeg in the admin panel's Settings -> Ffmpeg
