I have PHP vibe 4. Whenever make a change to vibe.style.css i clear all the cache from the site but none of the changes appear. I am trying to edit the floating video ad. I want to remove the transparency because when the users are mobile they can't see how to close the ad

If you right click on the page and inspect element, then select that elements it will show you what css file and which line affects it.
For floating ads, right now it's /lib/players/ads.jplayer.css

I edited that file and still nothing changes on the site. I clear cache and everything

I just want the float add space to fit a bigger ad and I want the close button to be touching the upper right hand corner of the ad. Right now the ad is getting cut in half http://twerkflix.com/video/4687/twerk-thirst-live-lil-ronny-interview/

Also the close button is not visible on mobile until after they tap

Show me a printscreen of the problem and the mobile device resolution, so I can test, I can't give a solution on blind.
The ad system just places the ad, so you can wrap your ad in any html/div with sizing, and everything, not all ads behave the same, so an generally available solution can't be built.

You see how the add that is on top of the player has no close button? The button shows up when you tap the top right corner of the add. I want the close button visible at all times
