Hey Mario...i think you should send him a pic of how can you add a language, and as mush as i know we can translate certain/targeted words,atleast on home page, which is the main thing.  I mean suppose if the language code for chinese is ch, then he can go to administration and add a language and then he can translate those main/targeted words. Like i have done in the pic for, all media feed and rest of two.And if this guy can implement a popup in his website for changing the language,things will be different.

But, apart from that is the support forum, you won't be able to reply in chinese.
And i hope you have understood what i am trying to say.Talking about your CMS....China can be a good market and increase the sale.

You can create any language with the language manager, even Chinese.
You can test it on the demo.

Bro...if i am not wrong, you have to change it each and every word by yourself, like i have mentioned above, you can see the pic, this CMS will not auto generate the language by itself, instead of doing the whole thing, you can first change one or two words for example.
