I changed the limit on the server, but to no avail. still does not work

in php.ini
max_execution_time = 30000

in mysql.cf
wait_timeout = 6000
max_allowed_packet =256M


added videocron.php and upload-ffmpeg.php  files is the code  set_time_limit(0);


Still the same problem. help solve the problem! plz! plz!

I know it requires a lot of time.
The fact that, ffmpeg for 20-25 minutes all successfully converted.  in folder media  the  already on the converted video. but online this inscription hangs forever.
