Hello, i been having some issues.
When my users upload a video is not showing the thumbnails.
Any advice?

Hi,
do you use ffmpeg for extracting thumbnails or the thumbs are uploaded by hand?
Do they show in admin?

What version of ffmpeg? Did you try the tester on your ffmpeg build? http://www.phpvibe.com/#requirements
That may tell more about what's going on.

Hello Alexander.
This is the version:

> FFmpeg version 0.6.5
Shared Hosting.

The interesting is a few weeks ago everything works fine, suddenly thumbnails stop to work.
Any advice?

I am surprised that it works on FFMPEG 0.6 since it's a very old version and I see a lot of people complaining about it (but we support ffmpeg from 1.x and upper).
Code doesn't change, so...can you find up what changed from your hosting? That may give us a clue.
