[ Video Sharing CMS v4 ] Upcoming PHPVibe 3.3 RC1 and new changes to the PHPVibe world

Hello guys! I'm almost done, some of you already have 3.3 under the loupe for testing, and I thank you for that.


First release of 3.3 it's RC1, a beta (available by 6 august  in the store). It serves a testing purpose, before releasing it safely for production (a stable version).


I also wish to announce changes to PHPVibe website, forum, business:

1. A new marketplace will be built soon, classier, easier to use.
The "double your deposit" offer will end with this marketplace, I tried to close it, but some have protested, so here you go, it remains open, details here , just be aware it will double the funds from the offer closing moment, not what you deposit and spend in this period.


2. A new website on the old domain. It's time for PHPVibe to go back on it's birth place: PHPVibe.com


3. First marketplace checkout will no longer be instant. It will require a invoice request, and a payment of the paypal invoice. So ordering PHPVibe for first time may take time, but it will be more safer on our side, as we process a lot of bad payments, and we want to completely get rid of this. Followup (plugins/themes) can be  instantly processed like until now.


4. Payments in the NEW marketplace will be in USD or EURO (you will be able to choose)


5. Forum support will be available only by verification of client. Will integrate a request button to the marketplace, if you are not "Verified Client", you will be able to post only in Pre-Sale area.
It may be also the case for topics with changes/mods visibility.

6. PHPVibe 3.3 development will be continuous over the next 2-4 months, our release plan includes 3 new premium themes, 8 new plugins.


7. Changes to the T.O.S and licensing will be made once we settle them among ourselves.


8. PHPVibe price will go much higher, it may kill our sales (I am aware) but at least will give us more free time to focus on the other projects we have in the next period.


9. A new cms based on the PHPVibe framework for sharing and hearting/liking images will be available. This is the successful trend this days, we want to cheap in on yours.


10. Thank you for being a client and hope to hear suggestions from you guys once you get 3.3 RC1 in hand.

Sorry, but it has no licensing or install script for now, only a hand of people which I know for years are having it right now. Will be in marketplace when we finish this, it's midnight now, will resume work tomorrow morning.

Hello Mario, I just discovered phpvibe today. If I buy phpvibe 3.2 before you release 3.3 do I get an auto-upgrade when 3.3 comes out?

I am only asking this because I heard you state in another thread that php 3.3 is going to be much more expensive.

If not, no problem because I love what you are doing.

Will it be possible to give an estimate as to how much phpvibe 3.3 will cost, for budgeting reasons?

@aj94 You can buy 3.1 and have 3.3 as free upgrade.
@fcarew swear my net provider, just got net back. Working, probably all night since I really have to release it now.

It's because it has no lightbox attached, it actually opens the image :)

ahhh. well can you sell some module which will allow that image to be close without hitting the back button? that be great. I'll pay.

GOOD job Mario.. this looks so GOOD. so CLEAN too. Everything seems to work nicelly I can't wait to start buying some of the Module people will create for this.. I really hope you Open up some kind of a Market. like OpenCart

just a small issue... when i'm trying to subscribe without logging in... i'm redirected to http://www.videosqq.com/login.php and it comes up an error stating:

404
oops! page not found

thought you might want to know. :)
