I am up to date with the latest build.  At the same time I went ahead and bought the Vimeo importer plugin.  However,  I am only able to enter in the API credentials.  The plugin does not seem to activate.  My youtube plugin is working fine.  Any ideas?

Open moderator/index.php and change error_reporting(0) to error_reporting(E_ALL) at the top.
See if Vimeo returns any error (like bad credentials, etc).

Same problem, using 3.6 Edition 2.
Also  Vimeo seting in 2 places Setting->Vimeo Setting and Video Importers->Vimeo Setting.

I assume you used the install tutorial,but in 3.6 second edition it does not require any of the code edits it previously did.

The edit I gave you was not to fix the problem, but to print the problem (error).
So, is it printing anything?

In moderator/index.php by default   error_reporting(E_ALL)
How can see  Vimeo error?
