I can not upload videos anymore , when I click on upload a video I see Share a video ,  but its empty I not can choose a file anymore.

I use Phpvibe 4.0

I think you got some files mixed from 3.6 and 4.0, make sure you upload and overwrite all the files corectly.

No I did new fresh  install of Phpvibe 4.0, yesterday it did work fine I did upload one video , now i can not  upload videos.

I can't even see the button in page source.
You've probably closed it from the Settings in admin.

Well, you did something that needs to be un-done. Can you guess what that is? Since it's pretty hard for me...

Check also Settings -> Menu links and see that is not disabled there.

I did remove Phpvibe 4 and I did upload it again now it work fine.
