hey i would like to suggest a few extras,

first i would like a button to move multiple videos to a new channel from admin cp, edit videos,

second orgainize videos in a proper fashion not just selecting from the database the last uploaded videos,

third possibly an option for admin/ mod to edit videos from the main viewing section, remove delete, rename, edit description etc,,

fourth well them three will keep me happy for now lol =P

Leen, this is not wordpress, do you expect me to believe it's useful to have an order field?
Would anybody in his right mind hand-mapp hundreds or thousands or millions of videos to an order position?
The first one, I will consider it.
But here is a simple sql snippet for now to move videos between categories.

update vibe_videos set category = '1' where category = '2'

Edit in place of the video...will consider, but may not be as secure or as light as it sounds.

im just suggesting ideas i think would make it better, its your decision as to whether you think it should be added or not,

i personally think the more you add to it the more users it will attract but only things that make it user friendly and not over excessive , there is quite a bit of competition for similar scripts to this.

honestly i dont really know what you mean by order field? il take it that is some kind of coding talk for organizing the videos in the sidebar? lol

i dont expect you to write thousands of lines into something, i thought this could be achieved easily enough but it was just an idea and i have no idea what would be involved in making such a script

I guess you explained wrong or I got wrong, I thought you wanted to arrange the video in site (all of the lists) My bad!

The more you add the more heavy it gets, the more heavy it gets the less useful will be when your site grows.
You think as an enthusiast, I think like a video webmaster that has tried them all, and I tell you when you need a 200-300$ a month server to hold this, you'll get pissed and start removing features.


When you'll get close to that point, you'll believe me!

yes i understand
but there is still a few small things that would be useful and may not take up much space
