my php.ini its sets to 2GB upload limit

Im getting this message on email : /bin/bash: actions/verify_converted_videos.php: No such file or directory

Is this the reason ?

Hi, we do not have that file in PHPVibe, so that error is not from our cms.
You should check the error log to see why the server rejects the upload, and check http://www.phpvibe.com/server-settings-for-large-file-uploads/
