Hi,

Tested to upload a mp4 video to my site. It was successfully uploaded, while playing the video got this error message.

Error Loading Media: File not found.

Im using newest version 3.5.

I will pm u the details of my admin account. Im doubt  the settings of Server Bin path and the ffmpeg.

You need to increase your memory limit.

The issue have been solved.

Note:

Contacted the Hosting to increase the upload maximum size and disk space.
