okay i see... first of all, the developers are on vacation from 17 - 22 April.

please check if you have set the right database information in vibe_config.php

Is there any error in your log? Is this fresh install or upgrade? Do you have mod_security on?

I think it's a question of permissions to files. Set 777 permission to the files needed and see.
