when we are uploading any video or music file uploading that showing bad server 500 error, i try to just 5MB .mp3 file showing the same error file attached.....

Error 500 is a server issue, the server should be configured for large uploads.

I would suggest if you don't understand this things...to go to your server's support for the tweaks and investigations needed.
