I got an 404 page error when I put google analytic code and clicked save. However, everything is saved fine without the google analytic code.

The second 404 page error also happened when I tried to create a new language.

Hi!
I guess you have mod_security and some rule shuts down the page on larger block of text via $_POST.
Can you confirm this with your hosting? They could add an exception or turn it off for the moderator folder.
I can't find any other logical explanation, but if it's not the case mail your admin login and I can have a look.
