Hello everybody,

after many hours to  configure my server, all seems worked but when i had uploaded my first self hosted video, each player can't read the file and send me an error message. I don't understand, ioncube is ok, ffmpeg is ok... so what is this bug.

The website is installed in virtual Host and you can see it if you put the line  37.187.148.63 www.videoside.net in hosts file.

If anyone have a solution...

Hi,

seems an ffmpeg issues, did you try the tester (the ffmpeg page of the tester?)  did you set your ffmpeg paths rights in the PHPVibe admin under Settings-> FFmpeg settings?

Hello,yes the tester say all it's ok for ffmpeg, the conversion work good with the duration and thumbs. I see the converted video inthe correct doc... etc .. But the video can't be launched... i don't see the problem. My server config is good too

Another idea?

Your ffmpeg settings under Settings -> FFMPEG are the same as in the tester? The bin path is correct? videocron.php is chmod 555 (or other execute permission)
Do the videos .mp4 in /media/ work and exist?
