My hosts are arvixe.com at the moment, but I am facing some problems with them server are down since yesterday .

Can you please suggest any other vps hosting companies which you are happy with.
im in usa but they told me russian or ukrainian servers are better because of the DCMA  i remove any copyrighted video in my website but for safety they told me russian its better and maybe cheaper
