[ Video Sharing CMS v4 ] Videos Multiplicating after Upload and Conversion

now my conversion is working 100%, But it's very strange, the video after being sent and converted is MULTIPLYING . I sent two test videos in MKV . Normal converted but multiplied by more than 200 videos each. They know what can this be?
