All using redtube importer.

What does redtube use?

If it's with grab link or without grab link, that was the question. If it's with grab/direct link to mp4 it should work, if now, the redtube embedded player is not responsive or mobile.
Have you read the announcement on our website?

HecticatedTopic starter

I have not read the announcement. I will look for it since you did not link it for me here  :-\

Or maybe you can just give me the explanation?   :-\

Or I should read announcements in the website every day?  :-\

Your response is taking forever - and when you respond  - it's not help...

So I should wait forever again and again for your response?  :-\

I am a paying customer. Please help me the best you can not just expect me to find answers myself.

Thank you.

The was an bar saying something like: "We apologize for delay in support, Bucharest is under red code for snow and internet is not always working".

The problem is not my time, the problem is you do not explain what videos, or link, or anything.

Once again:
Are the videos embedded from Redtube? If so, no, the Redtube player is not mobile supported.
Is the video grabbed as .mp4 source from Redtube and played via jwplayer 6? This should work depending on the device, if the video is hosted by RedTube it will depend on the devices access to redtube.com time, as some player trow "Cannot find video" very fast, you would need to click again the play button.

Not playing on mobile.

Linked using RedTube importer. I don't know if RedTube is MP4 or AVI or what.

I just know I am importing using AdultPack.

You use embed, not direct link to mp4.
The redtube embedded player is flash, it cannot play on mobiles, because mobiles don't play flash(either android or ios devices).

Try grabbing the link to the video file if you want them to play on mobile.

And if you look at your post you will see why you get rare answers:
